This is the home page of the Northern Lights Triathlon Club. We now have an active membership of around 90 members.
What makes our club great is its members and the common goal of getting together for workouts and training towards getting and keeping fit. Our weekly scheduled training times allow for a variety of opportunities to keep active. Each session is geared for different fitness levels, so you can always fit into any of the workouts no matter what your level of experience.
We book swim and spin facilities for workouts in the long winter months. We also incorporate yoga and weight training, and underwater video analysis. In the Spring and Summer we get outside for some awesome long rides, time trials, group runs and open water swimming. We also have track workouts alternating with hill repeats on the bike and the run. There is also transition training and nutritional information given out. We even take time to relax and socialize as well. We meet weekly after our Thursday swim at a local pub.
