The Northern Lights Triathlon Club Spring Social is a family friendly event held annually to welcome new members to the triathlon family! Whether you've just joined, are thinking about joining or have been with us for a while - come on out and get to know everyone!

The day will start off with a road ride specifically geared towards beginners and those of us who need a little touch up. This year's weather has been a little delayed so the ride will be weather depending. We will go through road riding etiquette and general knowledge so that we can all feel comfortable riding on the road through the summer season. The ride will start at the Skate Park on Heritage Drive in Parson's Creek at 1pm. We'll ride around Parson's Creek neighbourhood and, for those of us who want a little extra challenge, get a hill climb in on Parson's Creek access road. You should have enough time to drop your bike at home, and make your way over to the BBQ.

The BBQ will be hosted at 3pm. There will be training to show us how to maintain our bikes and change a flat tire and we'll all enjoy some delicious BBQ.

Burgers, fixings, salads, chips and non-alcoholic bevvies will be provided. BYOB and bring another dish if you'd like.
